Like the title says, I would like to have a bunch of analogue home video tapes converted to DVD or Blu-ray and bunch of family photos scanned. Do any of you know of a local San Antonio company that offers this service(s)? Second best would be some out of town place I can ship everything. Thanks!

Last December I was looking for a service to scan in 16 carousels of color slides, 80 slides each, that were over 50 years old.
Although I ended up biting the bullet and doing it myself with a scanner off of Amazon, a couple of folks turned me on to this site that reviews scanning services, might be worth a look:

The site you linked recommends Memories Renewed in Minneapolis. They are a little cheaper than the San Antonio company but they aren't taking new orders until at least October. Apparently after that review was published they got swamped. They do offer touch-up of damaged and old photos.
