Looking for a sling mount part, not sure where to get

I saw this on another forum (in a thread that was years old).

This forward sling mount looked light and inobtrusive, as well as probably pretty cheap. I'm just not sure what the part is called or where to get it. I don't think it is a made for rifles. . . . I looked at Lows and Home Depot, but couldn't find one. View attachment 9606

I saw that awhile ago posted on M4C I think, and IIRC it was ghetto rigged with some random part from Home Depot, Lowes, or one of those places. I'm sure you can find something similar. A couple of screws, washers and 1 hook-thing (that's my technical word for the day!) is all you'd need. Worst case you might have to dremel the vents a little bit.
