    Ft hood
    I am currently in Afghanistan and will be home soon (Ft. Hood area). I am looking for advice on the best made Ak and where to get a couple of them.

    Someone fire up the grill I will be home soon.

    i have an ak i got from tom at heritage firearms.
    get an arsenal ak they are the best bang for the buck.
    ar's are overpriced bb guns as far as im concerned, i just sold one and i hated it.

    And AKs are over priced pieces of inaccurate soviet crap but they are still fun to shoot.

    I got a great deal on an Arsenal SGL-20 from Allen at AJC Sports in Clute; but he's usually at the SAXET shows every first weekend of the month in San Antonio. I find it to be as light and accurate as an AR, but not as "delicate." I've shot many ARs in my career, but like the AKs better. It's a matter of choice, but I will take on anyone that claims an AK can't be accurate...
