There are a bunch of parking lots on the north side of the Capitol. Also some parking garages to the north.

Just pull it up on a google map and you'll see.

Pretty sorry-a$$ed organization if the organizers can't tell people where to park. We don't live in Illinois where protesters/activists are bused in from every neighboring state!
