This was down at my LGS.
A lot of the markings are on the underside of the barrel.
It is 8MM.

Looked pretty cool had double set triggers and some engraving.
Mauser rifles were the base for millions of sporterized, customized, bubba-fied, custom built rifles. Given the name of Waffenfabrik Max Wolf, Zella-Mehlis, I'm calling it a pre-war custom built hunting rifle worth no less than $2K.
