I have been thinking of getting me some dog tags to wear for emergency purposes.
Set up like this
Last Name, First Name MI
Debating on Social # or Not on this line
Birth Date
Blood Type
No Known Allergies
On the other tag
Mom's Name
Home Phone
Cell Phone
Work Phone - works at the lvl 1 trauma center as a supervisor here so would be good
Maybe Grandmas Phone or something else
What would ya'll suggest to do? any other ways to set it up or change?
