I've never been to a gun show. Is it ok to bring an unloaded gun, so I can find a holster?

Yes, you can bring an unloaded gun. Suggest have it in a case or gun rug. They will inspect it and put a zip-tie on it so that it is unoperable unless you take it off. There is usually a guy with a Galco display another with a Don Hume display and several others.

Make sure you tell the inspector that you want to beable to fit it in a holster when he zip ties it.
