Military channel rifle?

I am watching the military channel and drinking beer which is always a fun thing and I was thinking I needed to design a sniper rifle like the military channel guys are reporting about.

Wish list...
designed specifically for the Navy SEALS.
Semiautomatic rifle capable of 1MOA.
Uses standard AR15 magazines.
Deadly accurate to just over a mile.
30 second barrel swap.
35" suppressed Bull pup.
Proprietary 7.125mm DU-API "snake eye".
Twin AT-4 under barrel rocket launchers for "double tap" capability.

As for optics you don't aim it as much as just point it straight up and fire it. Then a specially tasked satellite guides it in via laser.

Yep, every damn new gun related thing has the word tactical with it. It can be the cheapest piece of shit, but some jackass will buy it because it says tactical.
