A couple of my favorite female vocalists. First, Susanne Sundfør. Pretty much everything on her "Ten Love Songs" album is worth a listen.

I have a soft spot for vocalists with the integrity to always sing live, no lip-syncing, no "backing tracks". How she does it, I don't know.

ETA - Notice that she sheds the outer garment while standing a couple of feet in front of Weird Al Yankovic. I believe I've seen him interviewed where he remembers that as a pleasant experience.

What's impressive is she does it while doing the gymnastics routine. And yes, I can see how that would be a pleasant experience.
