    A couple of my favorite female vocalists. First, Susanne Sundfør. Pretty much everything on her "Ten Love Songs" album is worth a listen.

    And The Incomparable One, Patsy Cline. The video quality here is crap but I like the vocals and arrangement.

    I also like it when some of these entertainers who are more famous for dancing in their videos than singing actually sit down and give us some decent vocals.

    How do you pronounce this woman's name, anyway?

    I have a soft spot for vocalists with the integrity to always sing live, no lip-syncing, no "backing tracks". How she does it, I don't know.

    ETA - Notice that she sheds the outer garment while standing a couple of feet in front of Weird Al Yankovic. I believe I've seen him interviewed where he remembers that as a pleasant experience. :)

    What's impressive is she does it while doing the gymnastics routine. And yes, I can see how that would be a pleasant experience.
