Signature plus 'special' serial number = standard 1911s?!? That's a problem I'll never have to deal with.

Flight or fight. Don't corner an animal and most likely you'll be fine. I chase gators ... chase being operative.

The guy last night was a mental midget, but they did make it through all 21 days because the woman was very strong mentally. They were the first team that worked as a "team".

This show has got to be the bottom of the barrel in "reality shows". There are others shows on cable that deal with survival. The main characters usually have a background in survival though.
How do you sell a program like this to a network?
"Hey let's put a man and a woman in a survival situation". Been done. "Okay let's pick two normal people with no survival experience". Hum, maybe. "Well let's leave them naked and stranded. We will blur out any offensive body parts". Damn, what a great idea.
I caught part of a show last night. The pair were fishing in a muddy creek. The guy was trying to spear the fish, while the girl sat in a shallow muddy area with her legs spread wide. She would then caught the catfish when they met at the "Y".
Now that is educational TV for sure. Kinda like soft porn/mud wrestling.

Cops is about the only "reality" tv show out there..
..and I don't even trust that. Don't you think every cop on that show is going to be on his best behavior with a camera crew filming him? Also, I've seen many minor violations that many officers would let people off on in real life, but since they're on TV, they want to follow the rules to the tee. As long as someone knows that they're being filmed, they're not going to act the same, therefore any attempt at a "reality" show that doesn't employ hidden cameras is also not a reality show.

I seen a couple episodes, I think it's an entertaining show. Not 100% real, but they are really there, they really starve, etc.
