anybody used any of their lights. its going on a 9mm so probably not too much recoil for the light.
ive had very good luck with their red dot sights just wondering if their flashlights are any good.
You get what you pay for. Long term use is a concern of mine. It may handle the recoil fine for a while, but you have to take into account what happens years down the road. If you just want to get a cheap toy, go for it. Just take into account where you may be when/if it fails.
Even though it's just a light, I'd say buy once, cry once. You really get what you pay for with NcStar stuff and other similar chi-com products. What use would buying a $30-$40 light that breaks after a few trips to the range when you can get a Streamlight TLR-1 for about $80-$90 and never have to worry about it?
I have a total of 4 now... 3 with laser's 1 with light only.
IMO they have been great!... 1 doesn't hold 0 very well but it was on my 10mm running full power loads... I put it on my Ruger p95 9mm and its been fine. the others are on a .45 XD and a Glock 23 .40... Those have held 0 perfectly and both have seen over 3,000rds with the light attached and often on.
They are a good BUDGET light that throws just as much light as my TLR-2.
I usually don't buy cheap, but they have worked well for me.
