Need a good Butcher in Plano Area.

Hi All,

Bought a bad ass grill with infra-red cooking, no flame ups, 700 degrees and ready for some big steaks.

Grocery stores are awful, I need a good butcher to cut me at least 2 inch thick t-bones, porterhouse and filet mignon's.

Costco has great meat but want to try someone else..

I wish I could go to some cattle ranch and buy but dont know about that in this area.

Anyone help me, craving some flesh before tonight's Walking dead...LOL

A huge (beef, not exotic) prime rib roast. Quite possibly the best I've ever had, including dry aged prime ribeyes.

There's also some local ranchers in the same general area that sell meat at different times as they butcher cattle. Maybe check craigslist in the farm & garden section to see if there are any folks closer to you doing the same?

Didnt go that big lol

Bought the Waygu bone in and it was incredible on the grill. Like melted butter, no knife needed. 3 mins per side. Wonderful.
