I have started working out at the gym and I need to drop some weight.
Right now I am 6'-3" 250% and measured 28% body fat.
I would like to get down to about 13-15% it's really ambitious I know.
My question is what weight is that? How do you compute it and loosing say 2lb a week how long before I reach it?
