I do. I skinned , stripped and quartered them this morning and Mrs. Hoji will help with processing tomorrow when I get them homeI hope you have help with all the work required...
I am pretty quick. Had those three in the walk-in in about 2 hours. Probably take about that to process them and vac seal when I get home. If I get one or two more, it will not add significantly to that at the house.Hoji,
I'm very glad to hear it.
I'm a crackerjack at doing skinless fillets on Reds and Specks, zip/zip/zip done, but slow as molasses processing deer/hogs etc.
I’ve had a lot of practiceHoji,
That you can process 3 deer in that short a time is (a word I never use, but...) 'awesome'!
Congrats!!
