New Feature to PM system

NEW FEATURE
Someone had asked for this. I thought is was a great idea.

Had web guy program, in the PM area, if you hover over a PM it will pull up a quick look at it. For those that have loads of PM’s, this will make it much quicker when searching through them for 1 in particular. Let me know please if you see any issues.
