    I wish I had an 1894 in .45 Colt, it would go great with my Uberti SAA clone.

    Man, I've always loved lever-action rifles but have never owned one! Congrats!

    Very nice - congrats! And the really nice thing about that is that you can shoot the same loads in both.

    My Marlin cowboy loves 300 grain Hornady XTP's with 21.5 grians of H110 or W296 - clocks 1450 fps. Same load in my Ruger 5 1/2" Blackhawk goes 1200 fps. Real thumper :)
