    Hello all.

Thanks to Acera for the idea of having a profanity filter that can be turned on or off, and everyone else for the feedback as well on the subject.

Turns out one person out there had created one and made it available for download. We tested it with the mods/admins, works fine.

We've installed it and it's ready to go (Well as far as I tested it sure seems to). It is set to default on, so here is what you do to turn it off or back on:
    1) Upper right corner of site click Settings
    2)
Left hand sidebar area click Edit Profile.
    3)
At the bottom of edit profile click on or off - then save changes below it.

    That's all.

    Thanks again all

Thank you for listening to our very constructive feedback (okay....our bitching and whining).
At another forum I used the term that's a bitch. it was asterisked out and I was given a warning by the moderator. So another time i showed it as B**CH and again was given a warning??? Glad I am not on a DOG forum because all my dogs have been BITCHES. Talk about PC ?

    Hey All
Just did a test for someone, my suspicion was that it thinks those that it is not working for are under 18 years old. If it is not working for you, head to the same area, edit profile, put in your birth year and save. then look at the bottom of the same area and see if it works. PM me if not :)

We figured it out about the profanity setting. It said I was so old and feeble that I'd lost all my personal options to make decisions as important as profanity so I falsified the "date of birth" thingy so I could still see all the dirty words!
