Hopefully, very soon I will have the money to buy a hunting rifle. I've been considering either the Winchester Model 70's (the new ones being made by FN), or a CZ 550 American, both in .308. Both have claw extractors, great wood stocks, and reputations for being pretty accurate. The CZ is a little more money on Sporting Arms.com ($723) versus the Winchester 70 ($660) on the same website. I own a CZ 452 Lux and its one of my favorite rifles.

Those of you who own one or the other, or both, please let me know what you think. I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have a FN which is the M70 action and I like it alot and wouldn't hessitate to buy another Winchester/FN product.
