New TPWD license plate image-Deer

TPWD updated their License plate image, according to them, to a more "Venado macho" image from the old "pink" version. I may have to change my plates.

According to the TPWD website, the cost for the plates is $30, with "$22 going directly to help fund conservation efforts in Texas".
