Whoa whoa whoa slow down for a minute.... There's a new Mexico?

Is this the same New Mexico that had an illegal alien that had been arrested like 5 times for DWI, was never given substantial jail time or deported, then his latest DWI ended up killing an unborn child and nearly the mother while she and her husband were on their way to a baby shower? That place has some big problems, and certainly shouldn't be grouped with the rest of the South/South West. With Arizona or Texas on either side of the State, if they pass those laws I suspect they will see a sudden drop in residents. Maybe that's what the libs in the state want so they can turn it 100% blue.
