thanks, I use target loads of 180smks for recoil purposes, and for knockdown fun on steel the 210 bergers with retumbo around 2900fps make for one hell of a wallop down range. Love the power of the 300 win mag but after about 30-40 rounds you start to feel it in the shoulder. Suppressor on it does wonders taming the recoil, sounds like a 22mag going off and the sound carries away from you like a lighning bolt at long range. here a few more

Here is pic of my NFA Ruger AC556. Bought it from a retired Sheriff's deputy in Tennessee and transferred it to Texas. Nealy mint and unfired when I got it. I've run 350 rds through and it performs like a champ. I've shot 14's, M2 Carbines, Thompsons, Grease guns, S&W 76s, and I like this Ruger better than any of those.

    I'm really digging that 7.5"!
Could you pm me the specs on that 7.5 sbr?

The 7.5" is an SBR I finished a few months ago.

It was built with most of the parts coming from Spikes Tactical.

    Biohazard billet upper/lower receivers
    Spikes Rail
    Lothar Walther 7.5" barrel
    Spikes enhanced LPK
    Spikes STAB muzzle break
    Timney Trigger
    Magpul flip up sights
    Magpul AFG
    Eotech Eolad sight

I like that. Thinking of a either that 7.5" or 10" with supressor. Like that quad rail too.

I would go 10" as I don't think anyone will warranty a suppressor on anything shorter.I like the 7.5 but it is very loud and it has a very large fireball that comes out of the barrel when you shoot it.

Hmmmmmmmm....maybe I can convince my Chief to let me carry the 7.5" dragon, lol. Supressor isn't a huge deal, would go without one then. I really like the look of that. Wish you were close to SA, I'd bribe you with lunch to squeeze a couple rounds out.

Some old pictures. An 07/SOT is great fun; built an MP40, converted a ChUzi to full auto, a drawer full of full auto AR lowers, cans...starting on a MG34 this weekend...
