Looking to sell my Nikon Monarch 3 4-16x42 Side Focus Mil-Dot Scope w/ lens covers. There have only been about 40rds fired with the scope on the rifle. No marks or imperfections on the tube at all. You can't even tell its been used, it is honestly basically new but unfortunately don't have the boxes any longer. MSRP is $469

Asking $300 FTF or $330 shipped

    Way out here
Some scopes have the ability to move the lens to focus on very close targets (like 10 feet away) and far away targets. Most of these scopes have an adjustment ring on the front, similar to the zoom ring on the back. Problem is, it's had to see the ring from a cheek-weld position.

The side focus ring solves that problem by moving the adjustment ring to the side of the scope, right where the windage and elevation knobs are. You can make adjustments more easily without taking your eyes off the target.

Thx. Leupold has adjustment on front. Understand now. I personally never change adjustment. Never thought it made that much difference.

    Appreciate the response
