This story has confirmed my suspicion of this happening with other goods.

I have noticed things like bread, pasta noodles, certain canned goods are still in short supply at my local grocery.

It made me wonder if our groceries aren't being diverted to the collapse at our border to feed the hand flappers.

Lotsa moms don’t produce any, or enough…that’s why formula was invented in the first place.

With a toddler plus one in the oven, and having lived through a week or so when Stetson was born and momma wasn’t producing enough, this situation really breaks my heart.

Thank God we were able to get by with donor milk until her supply was enough.
(I didn’t even know donor milk was a thing)

Had a thought this morning driving to work. My wife just wouldn't produce. And what she did produce my children struggled to get it out.

Without formula i don't know what might have happened. I know many years ago they would have probably starved, or at least been malnourished.

We live in a day and age and country where this shouldn't be an issue.

Nurse-maids were, and still are a thing.
Many mothers don't produce enough milk and have historically relied on others to feed their babies.

I remember being told that one of my great-grandfathers needed a nursemaid when he was an infant because his mother was unable to breastfeed him on her own.
