Looks like an scaled up version of the PP-19 Bizon the Russians made from the AKS-74 back in the 90's. That sub gun was in 9x18 and 9x19 with some examples in a couple of other calibers, and held 60+ rounds in there.

A helical AK magazine would be interesting to see.

Yep, I mentioned that gun in the post whore thread recently. Damn nice firearm, I only wish they'd sell them here, in 9x19 or 7.62x25, even if they're only in pistol format. I'd love to own one. A pistol caliber carbine (SBR) would be nice as hell for home defense, especially with 54-60 rounds.
