Picked up these acronyms in another thread and still trying to decipher. In the mean time, what are all the different groups that are still effectively advocating for 2A. So far I've gotten:

    GOA https://gunowners.org/
    SAF https://www.saf.org/
    TSRA https://tsra.com/
    FPC https://www.firearmspolicy.org/
    NAGR https://nationalgunrights.org/
    NRA https://home.nra.org/

I'm just now learning about the others, only knew about the NRA. Heard this week GoA is apparently taking on the Firearms Act of 1934 and apparently has a very good position Constitutionally although that does not always hinder the SCOTUS.

I don’t have unlimited funds, thus I can only afford to support two of them. They are all good organizations fighting for us. In my opinion TSRA and NRA give ME the most bang for the buck.

There is also a Jewish gun rights organization that appears to be well thought of as well.

    You've left out several.

On the hard left, there are people who want to revolt and institute a socialist utopia. Some of them realize they'll need guns to make that happen. Two are the Socialist Rifle Association and Redneck Revolt. I don't think either organization accomplishes much.

The Pink Pistols are nice folks. They aren't a political powerhouse but they help get out to shoot and do a little on the political side.

Students for Concealed Carry are more active politically and they are, as you can tell from their name, addressing a particular problem that may be of interest to some TGT members.

An industry organization that isn't really for individuals to join but that nevertheless is politically active is the National Shooting Sports Foundation.

Finally, we should keep in mind that gun rights are defensive rights are human rights; they should be protected everywhere on earth. If you're interested in an international perspective, the International Association for the Protection of Civilian Arms Rights is the place to start. Some surprisingly strong work to restore firearms rights in Europe is being done in Italy, for example.

    Anybody know of more?

My wife is a life member of JPFO. A few years ago she won an AR in one of their raffles.

Curious about the markings on the AR your wife won. I see the star of David, but what else is on it?

Click on the photo and see for yourself . . . unless you mean what might be on the other side of the receiver.

I see it now! Did not think it would let me zoom in and still be legible. Anything different about the selector switch wording? There are some clever ones out there.
