He didn't do the job of running anything at all. He was merely a figurehead who just provided a familiar face and an occasional quote for advertising purposes. What's worse, his fame got him the job very conveniently for WLP since his election disrupted the traditional way the office of the president was filled, i.e. WLP, Marion Hammer, and their slimy allies got to use a ringer to knock out a political opponent who would have pushed for more transparency - Neal Knox.Chuck Heston did not do that bad a job did he?
