I'd like to become a NRA certified RSO. I'm confused on the process though. To take the course you have to be a certified instructor in one discipline correct? And to take the class to be a certified instructor in that discipline do you have to have had a course in that discipline?

Even the NRA site is confusing on this process. Can you folks help me understand the process step by step and where I need to start?

Only if you want to take the online course do you have to be an instructor. If you take the course from a Chief RSO you do not.
