Gotta admit, it's hard to transition from being in power, in charge and the boss to being a grey headed old coot that no one listens to. Once you get "old" it doesn't matter if you have decades of experience on a topic, you are ignored.

In a way, that's annoying but in another way it's a cause for celebration! I don't need or want to teach any more. I owe them nothing. Let the young folks be blissful in their ignorance and their turn to be disregarded is coming soon enough!
