True to standard Arkansas contractor MO, and three weeks after starting, the fishing/swim dock has finally been floated into position, but still not put on piers.

But it can be fished off of by the expected company without too much liability, so there's that. Count your blessing ...

But no way in hell I could of made a living like that ...

So a few months ago, wife wakes up with a sore wrist.
Turns out, it was broken...how do you wake up with a broken wrist?

Fast-forward to yesterday.
We’re here in San Antonio, and wife wakes up with a massively sprained ankle.

How the hell do you get injured while sleeping?
Yes, while sleeping and not while “sleeping”.

So we’re likely heading home a day early.

But my niece’s re-enlistment was pretty cool

Looks like she’s changed her plans a bit, and is now off to Pensacola to become a CTN instructor.

Years back, I read about some folks that had hurt themselves similar to how your wife did. I don't recall the rhyme or reason though.

Good for your niece. Just hope my nephew does the same in a year or two.
