Sounds like a really good excuse for purchasing 10....or 100 pounds of Tannerite.

View attachment 216485 Another raccoon bites the dust! Mission accomplished, off to bed now.

Big male. Wasn't sure if it was a cat or raccoon until it stood up, you can see from the bullet hole that was his undoing.
That was $20 in the pocket back in the day ... just out of the service and my BIL and I coon hunted every night for the hides, in the deep woods around Buffalo.

Ten skins a night went a long way to put beans and beer on the table for both our families. Here’s BIL, in front his Leon Cty cabin and “Preacher Man” ... aptly named, could tree coons all night and let you know where ... just hoped you could follow.

Well I got out earlier and was doing some weedeating and clearing some small trees off the front fence line, and noticed a damp spot along the fence where the water line runs. Went and checked the water meter and sure enough the flow indicator was turning.

Shut the water off and got it dug up, and since it was pretty close to where I wanted to add another faucet, I went ahead and did that while I was doing the repair.

Fixing to go cut the water back on shortly, and check for leaks.
