High humidity kills me! Even drinking as much water as I have, I was still getting somewhat dehydrated and that was leading to getting the muscle cramps at night. Wake up the next day and felt like someone had beat me black and blue.

And sadly, coffee doesn't cure that!

Our influencing the weather attempts didnt go so bad last summer IIRC. We were able to make it rain when ever we tried.

Well I had thought about a little bit of bourbon infused coffee, but since I was out of bourbon, I went with Advil infused coffee instead!

Drink more caffeine, it will make the cramps go away. Lol


Seriously, I drink lots of caffeine in diet soda. I have to start switching to water in the summer or I get the worst cramps. So bad sometimes the muscles are sore for several days. It sucks.

I should know better being from the desert too. The heat there kills people daily.
