So… check this out. Dinner.

1/4lb steakhouse seasoned beef patty, layer of Colby jack cheese, layer of thinly sliced purple onions, liberal amount of tobasco sauce sprinkled on it and then 2nd 1/4lb patty on top… sealed.

cooked to perfection. Then toasted sweet buns, layer of dukes Mayo top and bottom bun, layer of fresh purple onion, tomato, salt and pepper.

Oh my sweet lawd!! It was a stoner moment, without being stoned, that unfolded flawlessly
