Tesla ran 9.71 at 141. I figure that’s a good guide.

Thanks for the good luck fellas. It's only 20 bucks an hour but It's something new and rewarding. That's the biggest thing...Get to a point in operations/management and what am I doing? Do I like what I'm doing? Do I like how people get treated? What I was doing was not rewarding. I want to get up and love going to work.
