Most owners have no clue about most of the stuff on those reports. If there wasn't pictures and detailed descriptions they wouldn't care less.Good to hear you're getting the exercise time. It'll get easier each week.
I wish I had been able to get out - I spent the day dealing with about 80 pages of a home inspection report. I can't believe anyone would put a house on the market with this list of defects noted by my inspector. Should be nice outside Friday so hopefully I can take the hounds for walk.

His report was about 75 pages, mostly minor items. However, there were several electrical items, pool equipment problems and air conditioning issues which will prevent my purchase of the property.Most owners have no clue about most of the stuff on those reports. As a seller, meh, it's just a little crack. As a buyer, holy crap, that's major issues with the foundation! In reality it's usually somewhere in the middle.
A good inspector will have a bunch of knit picky things on there. 75% of it most people would never even notice.
