Odd Train Cargo

Anyone know what this train was hauling? The entire load consisted of what you see and they were all spaced out, about 25 of them.

The pics are not too helpful, but wondering if it is an empty carrier minus cargo? We used to see long flat cars like that hauling the turbine blades for windmills. They are HUGE.

Only every other or every third car had something on it, the “load” was spaced out pretty well from each other. Each one was that structure with something orange hanging from it.
