There were several intact P38's in the Luftwaffe's stables. One was delivered by a turncoat. My late Dad, a USAAC Intelligence Officer, told of interrogating a US Pilot who had been captured and briefly held in a building next to a perfectly intact P38 with Allied markings. leVieux

We actually had a trunk full of "gun camera films". Sadly, it was stored in attic heat. By the time I was old enough to appreciate it, the old celluloid film had crumbled.
