    I think thats a fair assumption.


    On this one Im thinking its an original pic from WWII. European fields and such.

    ETA: On second look its really obvious. Blow it up on another tab and you will see extreme amounts of damages from holes in the wing to edges of the feathers missing etc.

    Also the massive amount of oil coming off the wing of the "Raiders" plane. NO 17 would be allowed to fly with engines like that in todays world.
    If you ever saw it park on the apron, you might change your mind. And I am looking at timy cell phones pictures.

    This is a Tiger in WW II. It was in such extreme battle that it had been fired enough to develop "necking". Where the barrel got so hot it started stretching. Sherman guns have been recorded firing to the point the barrel blew off.
