Very cool Mitch. My mother's family was from Plainview.

I don't have a lot of history in pictures that I could find, but there is a creek in Washington state named after my great grandfather on my mother's side. This is one of the waterfalls of Schweitzer Creek on Mt. Pilchuck in the Cascades:

My grandfather (also named Schweitzer) used to take me and my cousins there and tell us about how my great grandfather used to prospect for gold in the area.
