It is when you have to make the decision to give them the shot. The vet kept telling me it was time but I put it off a little longer.Then I question if I made him suffer more than he should,

I have had to put down 3. My Boxer which I had from a pup, and my Exe’s 2 Labs. Very difficult….but I could not let them suffer any more from their conditions…but still very very difficult.

I had to have one done in May. She was fine one day running around and being a goof. The next day she was breathing really fast and couldn't catch her breath. We took her to a vet and they found a large tumor. I miss that pup. 15yrs old. The other one is not long for this world. She has dementia and shits everywhere. Fortunately the floor is tile and easy to clean. We don't have the heart to have her put down.
