    A Questar on an M2 always struck me as weird. That optic was not built to take recoil, had no reticle, etc. Yes, it was, at the time, a really cool, compact telescope. Every amateur astronomer wanted one. But I have to wonder how long they lasted in this application. I suspect the answer was "Not very long at all."

    I would think the vibration would make it useless in any event.
