During my motorcycle excursion I traveled west across the northern midwest states. One of the places I visited in North Dakota was Fort Abraham Lincoln which was Custer's command until his death. After riding into Montana I saw historical markers of Custer's movements while heading towards Little Big Horn, and then of course I went to Little Big Horn itself. While I will say it was pretty cool being able to see those places in person, I also learned how arrogantly stupid Custer actually was.Scene of General Custers last stand, looking in the direction of the ford and Indian village (1877).
