older, smaller toyhauler for sale - DFW area

This is a bumper pull 1988 Toyhauler made by CC&C. It's approx 16' x 7' and the back door opens upward. This is perfect for a deer lease. I bought it to fix up for atv camping, but am now selling it since my wife lost her job 3 months ago. We cleaned up the outside and resealed most everything we could see. I also recoated the top with that solar-shield stuff and added LED brake lights. On the inside, we put down new tile, painted, added new mini-blinds, and lots of other stuff. One of the pics shows the inside floor mostly done, it is now completed. In the front inside is a small closet that can be used for a bathroom or a closet.

Long story short, it is available for $3275.

 

I should also state that this is negotiable. I have $2500 in it, then I added some for my time. If anyone wants to see add'l pics, let me know.
