Why did you put cement on your car?

Muriatic acid on a rag is generally the best way to remove cement or mortar. Rinse off very, very well or it'll be corrosion city.

Try some WD-40. The older mix works better on tar and overspray and other various $h!t and stuff like that. Might work for this.

This is what I would try. Do a small, inconspicuous spot first. Or if it's bad enough get your insurance to handle it.

Rain drops stains my black. I can tell the pollen level by parking it outside.

I couldn't imagine wet concrete, sun dried sticking to it. I honestly can't think of anything that'd take it off. Besides heavy compound and a rotary buffer.

Then it'd be some thin paint trying to remove hardened grit...out....Black bit¢h paint.

My wife has a black truck and she somehow got concrete splatter on hers too. Paying the body shop is what fixed hers. Unfortunately.

My neighbor is having a elaborate pool put in. The company doing it had a mixer on the back of the truck, and some how I got little splatter.
