Normally, I would tend to agree. It's a show....as such with the left when they "impeached" Trump for shit that didn't even happen and thereby cheapened whatever meaning it previously had. Same with Clinton getting blown by a 20-something in the Oval Office.

But in this instance, I have to say it's warranted. This weasel has purposefully neglected the duties he was appointed to perform, provably lied to congress under oath multiple times, thereby lied to the American people, and should be held to some account, even if it's public and/or political embarrassment. Should be in fucking prison. Would be if you or I committed perjury.

Even if he's just carrying out orders, which I'm certain he is, at least it's a shot across the bow that it won't be tolerated. But if failed.....with several (R)s voting against.

Impeachment wouldn't happen even if Republicans controlled all 3 branches. How many times in the last 4 decades has the Repubican party held all the power and not accomplished a thing. Maybe you don't know what impeachment is? Trump was impeached twice during his term in office.

Mayorkis will be impeached next week. Impeachment is nothing more than an indictment and doesn't mean a thing unless he is convicted by the Senate with like 2/3 of the votes to convict. He will definitely not be convicted....but he will be impeached, which means pretty much nothing !
