Same. If you have any kind of no gun sign (except for a 51% sign mandated by the benevolent government), I'm not going to bother giving you any money. And I'm exempt from 30.06 and 30.07.What's that old saying some people use......
Concealed is concealed.
Not that I would ever advocate breaking any laws, neither do I advocate abdication of your right and responsibility to protect you and yours.
If I SEE a legal sign I go elsewhere.
I have yet to see one but I dont spend 30 min reading all the shit lawyers make business put on their doors and windows.
Your poll needs another choice or two.
All I will say is concealed means nobody knows.
Not a crime unless you fail to leave after being given verbal noticeYep, right until Mr. Murphy intervenes, and you are no longer concealed!
Yeah but it wouldn't be hard for an activist store manager to find a cop having a bad day, and ruin yours. You might beat the charges, but it won't be cheap, and it won't keep your job after they arrest you.Not a crime unless you fail to leave after being given verbal notice
True, which is why if you are going to carry concealed, carry concealedYeah but it wouldn't be hard for an activist store manager to find a cop having a bad day, and ruin yours. You might beat the charges, but it won't be cheap, and it won't keep your job after they arrest you.
I've stopped caring about carrying concealed. Let them see it, it's good for them and they need to get used to it. Apparently most people think I'm a cop any way. My wife says it's the way I dress. I make a point of not wearing LEO uniforms though.True, which is why if you are going to carry concealed, carry concealed
Seecamp, KelTec P3AT, NAA Guardian etc.
Do they have a court at the government office? You should be able to carry there if no court. Hospitals can post.Only place I go that doesn't allow conceal carry is gov office to get registration for my car and the hospital to see my son. I don't particularly care if they don't like open carry. I carry everyday and everywhere, with the two exceptions listed above
As has been said before, "Concealed is concealed." Unless SHTF then no one will ever know you violated that 30.06 sign. But when SHTF, you are ready for it. Just be ready for the fight for the rest of your life after the fight for your life (ie the trial).I avoid anti-gun signs as much as possible. For the most part I ignore them if concealed carrying. I go in anyways. I'm not leaving a gun at home or in the car. I know many of you probably don't approve of me saying that or doing it but oh well.

Please clarify. You say it is not a crime to carry a concealed handgun into a 30.06 posted store unless you are given verbal notice? Class C misdemeanor? Not a crime unless you fail to leave after being given verbal notice
Even if they have a court there, you can carry except in parts of the building that are used exclusively for court.Do they have a court at the government office? You should be able to carry there if no court. Hospitals can post.

I may be misquoting you.
Yeah, has a court. I think I could probably go in with it to the office, because the metal detector is just after that, but rather not get in trouble if I'm wrong. Also yeah, the hospital posts. I'm not trying to stir up trouble there with them taking care of my kid.Do they have a court at the government office? You should be able to carry there if no court. Hospitals can post.
Pretty much this the way the law was modified. I am in no way advocating walking by a legal sign that you see.I believe he means, "oops, I didn't see the sign".
But, once they say something, ya gotta git....
