Ok, seven men, coordinated attack, all caught on security cameras. Boosting perfume? Is there really that much $$ to be made off of perfume?

Dry run for another type of theft?

Perfume bandits hit Spring H-E-B | Houston & Texas News | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

Seven men walked into the store and went to the cosmetics counter, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. While some of the men spoke with employees to distract them, others broke into locked cases containing perfume.
They stuffed several boxes of fragrances into a container and then dashed out of the store with the pilfered perfume.
Four of the men left through the front door and the others left through a fire exit.

    I bet it's extremely lucrative.

The perfume boxes aren't serial number controlled like consumer electronics so if they sell the items on eBay or Craigslist there is no way to trace the merchandise to the point of origin. I think it's a clever heist and like T.R. said, $50-$150 per small bottle. You can fit a lot of them in a duffle bag and sell four bottles at a time online to not draw attention to yourself.
