Picked up a Mint Remington 51 in 380

Picked this up at Reds this past weekend. Absolutely mint. One small scratch on slide. Born January 1923-28. Hard to decipher second mark on left side trigger guard.

This small gun has the BEST MOST COMFORT FEEL of any small gun I ever had.

I have not shot it but will later this week.

Ordered 2 extra mags from Numrich last night.

If you have a chance to hold/shoot/buy one, I would highly recommend it.

As far as I can see you have photos of at least two different guns there or am I just seeing things! One photo of the gun seemingly shows it with brown grips, the other(s) seem to show black grips. Whatever, enjoy it, safe shooting.

Looks like weird lighting on the pic where it's sitting on the glass case.

They are dark brown grips. Both original to the gun

Shot this today at Reds. Aftermarket mags are finicky. Too strong so I will cut out 1 spring as the mag was forcing ammo too high.

Very accurate and shoots where u point.

Before cutting springs try loading mags and let them sit for a week or two.
