Captain Kirk would not have paid NFA fees, just sayin'. He probably would've hacked the ATF computers and just quietly added all sorts of shit to the registry, even stuff he didn't have - or he would've deleted the registry entirely, or programmed the computer to automatically approve every e-file instantly or some shit.

Han Solo wouldn't have paid the tax either, but all his shit would've been stolen to begin with, so what's one more charge?

How is this different from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals decision back in November, which was a nationwide injunction?

NRA was late to the game (as usual) and had to file their own lawsuit to get NRA members covered as the other Gun Rights Groups had done previously. They tried piggybacking on one of the other lawsuits and the Judge told them to file their own............
