Officers found two semi-automatic assault rifles and a 9 millimeter handgun inside the home on the 1100 block of Lolita. They also seized a safe that contained some cash, a large amount of crack cocaine and a baggie of powdered cocaine. The two men in the house were Carlos Contreras, 54 and Billy Perez, 28. Perez, described as a known gang member, is charged with drug possession. Contreras is facing a weapons charge. Police went to the home after getting a tip that there were drugs and guns in the house.
