Polish Underfolder Build/Help

I initially picked this up as a hobby with intentions of picking up more tools as I went and building a few more, but with all the recent/upcoming changes I am just wanting to get it complete. I am looking for anyone in the Austin Area willing to help that has done a few and has some of the specialized tools required for a build. Of course I am willing accommodate for your time as well. Things I need to do, spot weld rails, heat treat receiver, riveting trunnions/ center post, sight install and barrel install and notch for pin. Any help or info is appreciated.

What receiver? If it's a Ak builder flat that can be spot heat treated. Those polish ones are thinner metal and need to be fulling treated carefully.

It is of the polish nature. Any one in town you know of?

This is the only guy I trust to fully treat receivers. Those polish ones are weak steel, they will only last 300 round untreated or not done right.

Yep that it is. I have been watching a lot of his YouTube vids. Have you had him treat any for you?
